How does the booking process work?

  3. Once we receive the details for your event we can tailor a quote for you. All our quotes are unique, and all prices are available on request.
  4. You can make as many changes you need to the quote and we can advise you on any aspect of planning and hiring where we can. Once you are happy with all the details, we will send a confirmation email with a 25% deposit to secure the requested items for your chosen date.
  5. If you need any amendments to your booking just let us know; subject to availability and  terms of hire, we will make the changes
  6. The 6-week check-in; your last chance to make any final changes to your booking. We will contact you to make sure all items for hire are correct, giving you 2 weeks to make any alterations where necessary.
  7. 4 weeks before the event date the balance on the invoice is due; we will check the details again with you and keep in contact in the run up to the installation day. We will keep an eye on forecasts and finalise the plan for installation.
  8. Your dates will be confirmed for a 48-hour period. We try to schedule this with a day left for yourselves to decorate if you need to. If you need more time, let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate. If required, we can negotiate an extended hire.
  9. The day we collect, we will arrive on the arranged date to clear up and put everything back to normal, almost as if we were never there.
  10. Stay in touch! We would love to see photos and hear all about the day!

When we receive your enquiry, we can advise on the best size for the number of people attending your event. It also comes down to how the tent is being decorated. If you’re having seated guests, you may need more space for additional furniture such as a dance floor and bar. The best way to plan is to get in touch and we can help design a space best suited for you.

We suggest that you note in the enquiry form the maximum amount of people likely to attend, this way it means that we can suggest the tent we think is best suited to meet your needs even if numbers change later down the line

It really depends on the size of the tent being booked, for any tent we like to make sure that there is at least another 2m from the edge of the canvas so that the rigging can be installed without obstruction.

For every booking we always give a full working day for the installation. Variations of size and the additional hired items will also affect the install time. For larger events it may be the case that we advise for more time to complete everything in time for our customer. When working on your tent design we will also consider the time frame that you are working with to make sure everything is done with enough time.

Usual hire would begin a couple of days before your event, de-rigging and collection the day after, however we are happy to discuss if you wish to extend the hire for a longer period.

Of course! Where possible we try to give you time for your own decorations if needed. Once erected and secure you are allowed to decorate them as you please. We ask that you DO NOT attach anything using something that can pierce or cause damage to the canvas and/or poles.

We do have lighting available for hire as well as a selection of different furniture that you can hire in addition to the structure

We price delivery/collection per mile from our HQ; this cost is inclusive of installation and de-rigging by our team.

The most ideal site is a lawned area that is relatively flat and allows enough space around the perimeter for the rigging. When enquiring we will discuss the nature of where you are wanting it to be installed.

Other site considerations

  • Does your site have provision for services; toilets, water and electricity.
  • Our tents are delivered by tow with a long wheelbase trailer that will require easy access to your site.
  • The tent rigging ropes require large metal stakes to fasten them to the ground ; we ask that the tents be installed away from any underground pipes/cables. Where not possible to avoid these, we ask the client to make any underground pipes/cables known and marked for us before installation as to remove as much risk as possible

Once we have quoted you and you are happy with the price, we can arrange a site visit to make sure that what you’re wanting to book will fit within the area you have. We can give provisional advice to the suitability from photographs that can be emailed over to our team.

Our Stretch tents are made from a 100% waterproof material and built to withstand harsh weather conditions. Please bear in mind that having all sides of a stretch tent open does leave it exposed to the elements, we can discuss the option of lowering a side to help. We will keep an eye on the weather for you and advise any changes to the install if necessary.

Our tents are very durable; on the odd occasion there may be changes to the install and de-rig dates if the weather may cause issues to either.
